Géza Gábor | Opera Singer

He was born in Székesfehérvár in 1972. After his studies at the Béla Bartók Secondary School of Music, where his tutor was István Rozsos, he continued his singing studies with Zsolt Bende at the Ferenc Liszt Academy of Music. He studied opera singing in Dénes Gulyás's class in 1996. He debuted at the Hungarian State Opera House in 1998, and since 1999 he has been a member of the Szeged National Theatre, where he has sung every major role in his vocal range. He has sung solos in various oratorios. Main roles: Duke Bluebeard, Gremin (Eugene Onegin), Marci bácsi (János Háry), Leporello (Don Giovanni), Falstaff (Nicolai: Die lustigen Weiber von Windsor), Colline (La bohème), Guardiano (La forza del destino), Phillip II (Don Carlo).
