Nutthaporn Thammathi was born in 1988. He was considered to be a Scholarship Student from Mahidol University, Thailand to study at Mozarteum, Salzburg, Austria with Univ.Prof. Mario Antonio Diaz Varas. In 2010, he had a concert with friends in Fukuoka, Japan which organized and accompanied by Yoshimi Sato. He also won the first prize in voice, university category in the 11th Osaka International Music Competition, Osaka, Japan in 2010. In 2010, he has sung the role of Camille in Franz Lehár's Die lustige Witwe at College of Music, Mahidol University, Thailand. In 2013, he debuted as Rodolfo in Puccini's La Bohème. He has been invited to sing with Oper im Berg Festival (under the patronage of Grace Bumbry) in many concerts in Austria and Germany in 2013. In 2012 he has won the first prize, the public prize and 3 Tenors prize in the Grandi Voci Voice Competition, Salzburg. In January 2014, he debuted in the New Year Concert with Bläserphilharmonie Mozarteum Salzburg at Großes Festspielhaus. In July 2015, he was one of the quarterfinalists of Operalia 2015, The World Opera Competition, founded by Plácido Domingo. He has sung at Mozarteum University, Salzburg, at Bergen Summer Opera, Norway, at Theater Freiburg, at Hungarian State Opera House. Principal roles: Don José (Carmen), Tito (La clemenza di Tito), Faust (title role), Rinuccio (Gianni Schicchi), Nerone (L'incoronazione di Poppea), Assad (Die Königin von Saba), Nemorino (L'elisir d'amore).
