On the left and right wings of the second-floor box tier of the Opera House, there is a private room on each side – with adjoining interior arcades – suitable for hosting and catering for groups of 10 to 20.
These secluded, protected spaces are ideal for enjoying a buffet selection, discussing the performance, engaging in cultured social programmes, or having friendly conversations before, during (intervals), or even after the performance. In spring 2025, the two private rooms will be named after two legendary directors of the OPERA: the era-defining director-composer Miklós Radnai and the influential director-producer Kálmán Nádasdy, in whose memory these spaces are dedicated.
