At the age of seventeen he was already on stage with Ray Charles. He has also recorded albums with Leon Ware, Chaka Khan, Al Jarreau and James Taylor.

Mario Biondi is an experimental artist, working in a variety ofstyles from jazz to funk, pop and Brazilian music. His open-mindedness is no surprise, coming from a diverse family of artists: his father was a hit maker, his grandmother a singer and his great-grandfather a painter.
