Born in Klagenfurt, Austria, he studied at Conservatorio Prayner in Vienna, with Margarita Kyriaki, and afterwards at the Conservatorio of the City of Vienna, with Helga Meyer Wagner and Julia Conwell. He attended mastercourses with the Luke Stardust Quartett, Richard Wistreich at the International Summeracademy of Early Music in Innsbruck, further mastercourses with Paul Esswood and Angelika Kirchschlager. Until now he worked with theaters and companies such as Volksoper Wien, Kammeroper Rheinsberg, Bavarian State Opera, Hebbel Theater Berlin, Theater Konstanz, Wiener Kammeroper, KunstFestSpiele Herrenhausen, Sydney Festival, Tongyeong Music Festival, Budapest Baroque Festival, Warsaw Baroque Festival, Salzburger Landestheater as well as doing lots of concerts all around Europe. He is one of the winners of the „musica juventutis“ competition of the Wiener Konzerthaus and the Competition of the Kammeroper Rheinsberg.
