After graduating from the Technical University of Budapest as an architect, Csörsz Khell went on to study in the graphic design department of the Hungarian University of Arts and Design. He has worked on theatrical productions both in Hungary and abroad and as a set designer on stage and in film, as well as a graphic designer, creating posters and logos. He has designed most frequently for the Katona József Theatre. He teaches at the University of Theatre and Film Arts, and the Hungarian University of Fine Arts as a temporary workshop leader/teacher. In 2003, he won the Mari Jászai Award, and received the Theatre Critics' Award on several occasions, as well as the Újvidék (Novi Sad) Triennial's award.
