Pavel Nersessian is a graduate of the famous Central Music School of the Moscow Tchaikovsky Conservatoire.
Since the age of eight, Pavel Nersessian has toured Russia and surrounding countries and has performed in London, Glasgow, Edinburgh, New York, Los Angeles, Paris, Cannes, Leipzig, Vienna, Budapest, Madrid, Tokyo, Osaka, Seoul, Dublin, Munich, Caracas, Rio de Janeiro, Belgrade, Cairo, Kiev, Beijing and many other cities.
Pavel Nersessian has been a jury member at many international piano competitions including Dublin, Hamamatsu, Sendai, Maria Canals in Barcelona, Hilton Head, Almaty and Valencia.
In 2005 he was named a merited artist of the Russian Federation; in 2013 he started to work as a professor of piano in Boston University.
