Tamás Vass was born in Budapest in 1987, and has worked at the Opera House performing supporting roles since 2008 and has also been a member of the Pest Youth Theatre company for several years. His first speaking role came 2014, when he played one of Monostatos's henchman in Miklós Szinetár's production of Die Zauberflöte. He portrayed the guard Burkus in the singspiel Háry János in 2015 and the Gaoler in the opera Love in 2016.
