LA BAYADÈRE

MariusPetipa’schoreography takes the audience to legendary India to witness a love story between a temple dancer and a noble warrior. La Bayadère is an excellentexample of the classical ballet tradition, but the new Hungarian National Balett production will prove to be a real treat. The records of the original 1877 choreography are incomplete, the fourth act of the ballet is lost.
